Controllers:

Refunds will be offered for any reason as long as controller is returned in SAME condition. Customer must pay for return shipping.

 

OEM Parts

Refunds will not be provided for sticks and boards. T3 board exchangers are granted on a case by case basis. 

For all other OEM parts:

Returns will not be accepted for any OEM parts. Replacements will gladly be provided.
